1. Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We design all styles in-house, and estimated shipping times are displayed on each product page after selecting your size.
If your order contains multiple items with different shipping times, they may be shipped separately.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available for eligible items)
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or Amazon Shipping.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide 🌍
- Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10.90
- Expedited International Shipping: 3–7 business days – $29.90
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as GlobalPost and UPS.
Note: Delivery times do not include processing time and may vary due to customs clearance or remote locations.
3. 24-Hour Shipping Items
Some products are marked “Ships in 24 Hours”.
If all items in your order qualify:
- You may select Overnight Shipping (1 business day) at checkout.
- Cut-off time for same-day dispatch: 11:00 AM (PT)
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included
- These charges are determined by your local government
- The customer is responsible for paying any additional fees upon delivery
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, it will be processed as store credit.
6. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email
- Confirm your shipping address
- Look around your delivery location or with neighbors
- Contact your local post office

7. Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders begin processing immediately after placement.
- To change your address or cancel, contact us as soon as possible
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes
Orders canceled within 14 days may be eligible for store credit, depending on status.
8. Returned to Sender
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unpaid customs fees
It will be processed as store credit according to our return policy.
