1. Return Policy

We accept returns for all non-final sale items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  2. All tags must be attached
  3. Items must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, hair, stains, or damage

Any items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Final Sale items
  2. Items with removed security tags / ribbons
  3. Items showing signs of wear or damage

3. Return Reasons Not Accepted

We may decline return requests under the following circumstances:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Request for alterations
  3. Incorrect information provided by customer
  4. Damage caused by misuse or mishandling
  5. Orders fulfilled exactly as placed

4. How to Start a Return

5. Return Shipping

U.S. Orders

  1. A prepaid return label may be provided after approval
  2. Return shipping fee may be deducted from refund (if applicable)

International Orders

  1. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  2. Please include your order details inside the package

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. Inspection takes 3–5 business days
  2. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval
  3. Refunds are processed to your original payment method

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery

We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

8. Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned due to:

  1. Incorrect address
  2. Failed delivery attempts
  3. Unpaid customs duties

9. Important Notes

  1. Returns from different orders cannot be combined
